About this website
This site provides general information about Twin Ports Heating and Cooling LLC and our services. Using it does not create a contract between us or a contractor–customer relationship. That begins when we agree work with you in writing.
Prices and ranges
Any price, range or cost figure published on this site is indicative of typical work in our market at the time of writing. It is not a quote and not an offer. Your actual price depends on your equipment, your building and the scope of work, and we will give you a firm figure in writing before work starts.
Technical information
The technical and troubleshooting content here is written in good faith for a general audience and is not a substitute for inspection by a licensed technician on your specific system. Work on gas, electrical and refrigerant systems carries real risk of injury, fire, carbon monoxide exposure and property damage. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the building and call your gas utility from outside.
Response times
Stated response expectations are genuine targets based on how we actually operate, not guarantees. Weather, road conditions, call volume and distance all affect them — which is exactly why we prefer to give you an honest window on the phone rather than a number from a web page.
Rebates, credits and third parties
Utility rebate programs and tax credits are administered by third parties and by government, and their amounts, eligibility rules and availability change. We help you identify and claim them and we verify current values at quote time, but we do not control them and cannot guarantee any outcome. We are not tax advisers.
Links and licensing
We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to. The content and design of this site belong to us; you are welcome to read, print and share it, but not to republish it as your own.
Note for the site owner: this is a reasonable, honest starting point written to match how the site actually behaves — but it is not legal advice. Have your attorney review it before you rely on it, and update it if you add analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets or a CRM integration.
