What we collect

If you fill in the service request form we collect the name, phone number, email address, town, property type and description you provide. That is all we ask for and all we keep. We do not ask for financial information, card numbers, bank details or government identifiers anywhere on this website, and we never will — if anything claiming to be us asks you for those through a web form, it is not us.

The form posts to our own server on this domain. It is not routed through a third-party form service.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your request and to carry out any work you ask us to do. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with anyone except where genuinely necessary to do the work you asked for — for example a manufacturer processing a warranty claim on your equipment, or a financing partner if you choose to apply.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising or social media tracking pixels. At present we run no analytics on this site at all. If we add a measurement tool later, we will update this notice and choose a privacy-respecting option.

Our web host processes standard server request logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.

How long we keep it

Service enquiries are kept as long as we need them for the job and for our business records, including any warranty period on work performed. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

Email service@twinportsheatingandcooling.com or call (218) 461-1049 and ask us to send you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
